The bidder can also send their bid document through the SA Post Offices. The bidder will do so at his/ her own risk as DBE cannot be held liable if the document is not in the Tender Box at the tender closing date and time. The box is clearly marked “Tender Box”.Ī bidder can also arrange with the Courier to deliver the document to the DBE/ deposit it in the DBE’s Tender Box. Tender documents must be deposited in the box at the entrance to the building. A bidder can arrange with the Courier to collect the document on the bidder’s behalf at the bidder’s costs. Tender documents are available at the DBE’s Reception as hard copies and can be posted to bidders on request. The DBE advertises tenders on the DBE website and in the Government Tender Bulletin.
